Goto settings > all

>data usage


select the sim you want to check, then scroll down.

You’ll see the apps and the amount of data they exhaust, if you noticed that it’s too much, click on the App, you’ll see

Foreground: This means while you’re currently using the App, you don’t need to mind about this.

Background: if too much, This means the App keep running and exhausting your data in background when you’ve exit it, if it’s too much.

Scroll down and click on RESTRICT BACKGROUND data. That’s all.
