HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT IN LESS THAN 7 DAYS.

This one goes out to the fat dudes and baes or to those of us that think adding too much weight especially the ladies love to eat alot.....Lol

On this post, we shall be coaching you with you with some list of what to do to reduce your weight in less than 7 days... Yes you heard me well, I repeat in less than 7 days.

To reduce your body weight here are some few things you should do on a daily a daily basis.




1• EXERCISE:
Exercising is very crutial by doing so it help in loosing weight and helps to burn all the Calorie that are not needed in the body.
A study shows that the body needed a regular exercising of at least 55 minutes daily and 5 days weekly. Therefore , if you want to loose weight in five days you will need to everyday for five days.
Now everything you need to do is to burn the Calories especially those Calories that are not needed by the bodies and all of these can be achieved by going biking, running, walking out especially in the gym with this you'd do just ok.





2• WATER:
Drinking enough of water, Note: Water and more water. Water increase your metabolism and it also helps with flushing out to a very large extend, the toxins in our body system out.
It also adds more energy to the body and keeps it hydrated.




3• BREAKFAST
Another secret behind losing weight is to take a lot of breakfast as this is the most important meal of the day.
Your breakfast should be loaded with proteins and take your breakfast as early as possible as it gives the body energy for the morning workout.

4• RUN FROM CARBOHYDRATES
I understand that this one is hard for the low income earners but at least there should be a way to adjust. Carbohydrates are mostly stored as fat in the body and they are not used right away by the body so please run away from it. It should be noted, the more the carbohydrates in your body system the fatter you becomes and the lesser the Carbohydrates in your body system the less fat you gets.

That's everything you needed to do basically a for a reduction in calories and remember to eat like 3 eggs daily is very important.
